Mission Statement
World Elite Soccer Academy is a soccer company based in New Jersey which aims to provide the best soccer club in which players can grow as players and people.
Our aim is to have players competing at the highest levels we can provide within the state and national tournaments. We are committed to creating an environment in which a player can grown within the club and not only learn soccer skills but life skills to take all the way through into adulthood.
We want our players to be the best technical players they can be, all our sessions are designed to have the maximum touches possible in each session to maximize each players development. Each player will go through the World Elite Soccer Academy Pathway which foundation will always be based on a technical player who understands the game and can execute sessions to a very high standard.
Our aim is to have the best players in the State and Nationally. Our club is based on having high standards, having respect for every player, family and coach that becomes part of the World Elite Soccer Academy Family.
What should a World Elite Soccer Academy player to do once they have completed their pathway?
Players should have a great understanding of the 4 pillars of the game.
- Technical – Our players should have a good understanding of all aspects of the technical side of the game.
- Tactical – Our players should understand the tactical side of the game, as they progress from 7v7-9v9-11v11 their tactical awareness will be a big part of their progression.
- Physical – Our players will be able to compete on the physical side of the game by understanding how to use their body within the rules of the game.
- Mental – Our players will learn to deal with set backs, pressures that comes with playing a competitive sport and learning how to create a winning mentality .
